Terms and Conditions

1(a). The promoter of the Promotion is Trackday Addicts, which is a trading name of TDA Services Inc Ltd (Company Number 16050147), whose registered office is at Workspace House, 28/29 Maxwell Road, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE2 7JE, United Kingdom (the "Promoter”, “Trackday Addicts”, “TDA Services”, “TDA”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”).

1(b). The co-promoters of the Promotion are:

• Properly Protected Ltd (the "Co-Promoter", "Properly Protected", “PP”), registered in England & Wales, company number 10825723. Registered Address: Exchange House Centre, Exchange Street, Attleborough, Norfolk, NR17 2AB. Properly Protected Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 948509) and their website is at www.properlyprotected.co.uk ; and
• Race Shift Track Events (the "Co-Promoter", “Race Shift”) who offer European track days for sale through their website www.raceshift.co.uk (the provider of this prize).

2. The Promotion is only open to UK residents (excluding Our employees, third parties involved in the Promotion and their families) aged 18 and over. We will discount entries from non-UK residents initially based on IP address, email and telephone country codes. We reserve the right to request proof of UK residency and age for successful entries from Non TDA Customers.

3. The Promotion will run from 00:01 on 14th November 2025 until 23:59 on 19th December 2025 (“the Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

4. This FREE to enter prize draw is only for those who filled out the entry form prior to the Closing Date. Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be entered into the prize draw. Only one entry per person will be counted.

5. By entering the Promotion you agree to our TDA Privacy Policy, Properly Protected Privacy Policy and Race Shift Privacy Policy. TDA may contact you by email and/or phone, to offer a quote for Track Day Insurance and related services. We cannot guarantee to offer an insurance quote, as these are subject to individual circumstances and underwriting acceptance criteria. Race Shift and Properly Protected may also contact you by email and/or phone, to offer a quote for track events and personal protection insurance.

6. There is only one prize available, comprising:

• A 3-day European track event at Jerez in Spain, on track 20th-22nd February 2026 including 4-nights accommodation and ATA Carnet fees, with a retail value of around £1,285 (promotional price) - including bike transportation to Spain (the prize is based on the Winner sharing a room with another rider and bike drop off at the Winner’s own cost to the default Race Shift drop off location in Swindon).
• The Winner will also receive a refund of up to £120 for a TDA Repat Insurance policy purchased for this event. We cannot guarantee to offer an insurance quote, as these are subject to individual circumstances and underwriting acceptance criteria.

A single unique winner (the “Winner”) will be selected at random from the pool of entrants that follow the entry criteria before the Closing Date.

Note: The Winner can request to pay for an upgrade at their cost to a single occupancy room and choose an alternative drop off location for their bike, subject to availability and Race Shift’s standard charges. The prize does not include anything else that is not explicitly listed above - you must arrange your own flights, car hire and food/drinks for example.

7. The Winner shall be notified by TDA before 18:00 on 21st December 2025 by email (or phone if a number is known). The Winner shall have until 12:00 midday on 23rd December 2025 to claim their Prize by confirming their details, which must precisely match those on the competition entry form. Invalid email addresses and/or phone numbers will not be counted as a valid entry (required to contact the winner).

8. The Prize will be fulfilled by Race Shift directly (they will make contact by phone or email).

9. In the event that any Prize is not claimed by this deadline or the Winner is unable to take collection of the Prize, the Winner shall forfeit the Prize and We may select an alternative Winner for the Prize.

10. The Prize is not transferable, does not have a cash-in value and will not be exchanged for an alternative.

11. Our decision is final and We shall not enter into correspondence with respect to Our decision. We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion, to disqualify or exclude any individual for inappropriate behaviour including but not limited to:

a. tampering with the entry process, (including exceeding the numbers of entries allowed), or any other process which, in Our opinion, in any way affects the fairness of the Promotion;
b. tampering with the operation of the Promotion or Our website Promoter or violating the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines on Our website;
c. acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person;
d. submitting entries on behalf of another individual; or
e. any conduct which would put other entrants at an unfair disadvantage.

12. The Winner’s name may be obtained by emailing support@trackdayaddicts.com within six weeks of the Closing Date.

13. The Winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with the Promotion, including the publication of their name, geographic location and photographs/video.

14. We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize.

15. We shall not be liable for any failure to comply with Our obligations where the failure is caused by something beyond Our reasonable control, or that of a third party providing the Prize.

16. We shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the Winner in connection with the Prizes, including but not limited to travel to and from the event destination and expenses associated with any activity not listed as part of the Prize.

17. By entering the Promotion using the online form, you are agreeing to marketing from TDA, PP and Race Shift as our Co-Promoters. TDA, Properly Protected and Race Shift may each use your personal data submitted as entry to the Promotion to send you newsletters and contact you about each of our products and services that may be of interest to you, or for market research.

Neither TDA, Properly Protected or Race Shift will ever sell or pass your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
