Track Day Accident Injury Insurance
Tax-free lump sums for certain fractures, permanent total disablement or death following an accident on a UK or European track day (options for amateur racing). Single event cover with no long term commitments.

You Can Never Have Too Much Protection
You can still buy this policy if you have other protection in place.
Unlike other types of policies, you can never have too much personal protection insurance... You can buy this Personal Injury Cover in addition to any other life, income protection or cash plans you might have elsewhere (you can only buy one of our products at a time though).
As the saying goes, "if you're not working, you're not earning"...
The cash pay outs from this type of policy are tax-free and can help cover a short term financial gap if you're self-employed and laid up with a broken leg for 6 weeks. Even if you're lucky enough to have other insurance or benefits from your employer, a bit of extra cash can always come in handy to replace damaged riding gear or even to spend on bike parts!
Whilst we don't want to put a dampener on your fun - If you choose to add the optional Level 2 cover for Permanent Total Disablement or Accidental Death, it pays a fixed £15,000 (tax free) that can be used to pay for things like adjustments to your home, or provide your loved ones with funds to pay for a funeral or clear debts.

Crash Bungs Might Protect Your Bike...
Whilst track days are pretty safe compared to riding on the road, accidents can still happen. Whether it's your fault or someone else stood you up on corner entry, it's worth thinking about some personal cover - especially if you're self employed!
Peace of Mind Without Long Term Committments
None of us like to think about what happens if we get hurt riding a motorcycle, but if you're heading out on a track day or taking part in amateur short circuit racing, then it's probably a good idea to give it some consideration.
If you're a regular track rider or racer then you should have something more substantial in place (speak to our sponsor Properly Protected); however if you just do the odd track day or want to try your hand at amateur racing without signing up to full-on life and income protection insurance, this Personal Injury Cover is ideal...
- Guaranteed Acceptance (UK residents over 18)
- No Medical underwriting (it's an accident policy, not sickness cover)
- Quick and easy to buy online, up to the night before you go on track
- No long term commitments, it's a single event policy (just buy one when you need it)
- A single day or a single event with multiple consecutive days, e.g. a race weekend or Euro trip

- Race Training / Superbike Schools

Are You Properly Protected?
TDA Personal Injury Cover is a one-off single event motor sports accident policy. It can be used as a top up to other personal insurance policies you might hold elsewhere, but it is NOT a substitute for proper life insurance, income protection or other similar products designed to protect you and your families interests. Why not speak to Properly Protected about your protection needs.
Can I claim for multiple fractures?
There are three levels of fractures, e.g. a fracture to something like an upper leg or pelvis will pay £2,000, whereas lower leg and arm bones are £1,000 and a wrist or ankle is £500 (multiple fractures to the same bone are only counted once).
If you are unlucky enough to suffer fractures to multiple bones, the maximum accumulated benefit the insurers will pay under this section is £3,000 in total for any one accident.
Does this policy include any hospital benefits?
This personal injury insurance includes a single £250 payment (in addition to settlements for fractures) after 2 continuous days in the hospital. Only one lump sum payment will be paid for the same accident.
Can I buy Personal Accident Insurance for motorcycle track days?
Unlike many other personal insurance products, there are no exclusions for riding a motorbike on track. This Personal Injury Cover is specifically designed for track days and amateur racing... Whether that’s in the UK or in Europe, including competitive riding as an amateur (we do not cover professional racing).
